I AM INVISIBLE BULLYING AND SUICIDE
Here at I AM INVISIBLE BULLYING & SUICIDE, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2018, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion for the range of activities we are involved in. Through all our endeavors the arts, education, or community outreach we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.
Why We Do What We Do?
Our single goal drives us; to make the world a better place and bring awareness to both bullying and suicide to our communities. We believe that conquering bullying in schools will help us to combat violence in schools and our communities. Our decision-making process is informed by comprehensive empirical studies and high-quality data evaluation. We strive to build productive relationships and make a positive impact on all of our pursuits
Our film was featured at the SEAS Awards in 2016 in Tunica, MS. It has also been presented in schools and workshops for teaching purposes. The film was co-written by Executive Director Sharon Kaye Edwards and Professor Seymour Hagans of Lane College, Jackson Tennesee.
Summer Camp 2020
The I AM INVISIBLE BULLYING & SUICIDE Team partnered up with the Clarksville Housing Authority & the Clarksville Police Department to bring a little laughter, team building games, and to bring awareness to bullying and suicide. Our Executive Director: Author Sharon Kaye Edwards used her published books "THE GIRL WHO FELT INVISIBLE" and "IT"S OKAY TO BE DIFFERENT" to engage the youth in conversations about bullying and the effects it can bring to others. Our own team member recording Artist Norez performed one of our campaign songs, "BE YOU." Special thanks to the youth group and the Youth Pastors of the Church of Christ at Trenton Cross Roads for assisting with the camp.
